Our current quiz, personalized recommendations, and basic guides are provided free of charge. No refunds are applicable for free services.

2. Future Paid Services

Should we introduce premium courses, advanced guides, or paid consultations in the future, the following refund policy will apply:

2.1 Digital Products

• 7-day money-back guarantee for digital courses and guides
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Partial consumption of content (less than 25%) required for refund eligibility

2.2 Consultation Services

• Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled session
• 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours
• No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations

3. Refund Process

To request a refund for any future paid services:

• Allow 5-7 business days for processing

4. Non-Refundable Items

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

8. Indian Consumer Rights
